The simalube automatic single point lubricator guarantees a supply of grease and oil for roller and sliding bearings, chains, linear guides, mandrels, and many other elements. The simalube lubricator comes in 5 versions. The largest has a capacity of 250 ml, whereas the smallest is just a 15 ml unit. All simalube lubricators can be set to supply uninterruptedly for a period of 1 to 12 months, continuously supplying oil or grease to machines, plants and components. The lubricator's size and setting of the supply period make it possible to define the exact dosage for each individual lubrication point. In addition, simalube lubricators can be installed outside dangerous areas or areas subject to high temperatures, by using long lubrication lines.
Calculation of the exact quantity of lubricant is also facilitated by simalube's online "Calculation Pro" program. By simply entering the predefined parameters, "Calculation Pro" is able to calculate the size and supply period for the lubricator. Permanent lubrication reduces unexpected machine stoppages to a minimum, because the machines are never subject to excessive or insufficient lubrication.
